About This PositionWe are seeking an Electrification Leader to join our division, focusing on secondary switchgear development. In this role, you will lead product portfolio management, strengthen market presence, and build strategic customer relationships.
Responsibilities- Execute technical activities throughout the product lifecycle.
- Develop and manage the secondary switchgear portfolio, aligning with market demands and business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, behavior, and historical data to identify growth opportunities.
- Attend customer meetings, promote products locally, and provide high-level technical support.
- Liaise with international factories for specification alignment and homologations.
- Support sales and marketing teams with technical intelligence and training.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience with medium-voltage switchgear applications.
- Intermediate/advanced English language skills.
- Availability for domestic travel.
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and market analysis.
