We are seeking a highly skilled Electrification Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing sales of low and medium voltage panels for end users and industrial customers in Sao Paulo.
- This role focuses on technical sales leadership, working with end users and industrial clients to identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand the client base in the region.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales of low and medium voltage panels and established networks with end customers and industrial clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, offering technical and value-added solutions
- Collaborating with external agents and channel partners to maximize commercial results
- Providing technical mentorship to less experienced engineers
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical
- Proven experience in sales of low and medium voltage panels
- Valid driver's license (category B) and availability for regional fieldwork and travel
Preferred skills include:
- Experience in pipeline management through CRM tools
- Intermediate or advanced English
