Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining and documenting managed hosting environments, responding to incidents, requests, changes and projects.

Job Description:

  • Operate, maintain and document cloud-based hosting environments according to product descriptions.
  • Respond to incidents, requests and technical issues, ensuring normal operation of the environment.
  • Plan and implement changes (corrections, migrations and improvements).
  • Analyze root cause and propose technical and operational improvements.
  • Support technically teams N1 and N2, including escalations.
  • Participate in projects as a technical specialist.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and new business.
  • Provide phone support to clients and participate in on-call rotations.
  • Monitor processes with suppliers and customers, ensuring deadlines and quality.
  • Manage service requests (activation/deactivation of products).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Solid experience with Microsoft operating systems (level 3 and root cause analysis).
  • Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V and VMware).
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server databases.
  • Experience with planning and executing changes.
  • Mastery of English language.
  • Availability to work night shifts, from 22:00 to 07:00.
