About the Position

This role involves modeling different trades depending on background and project scope. The ideal candidate will have expertise in high-quality modeling, including technical knowledge, level of detail, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Model various systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping.
  • Coordinate and clash-detect through Navisworks.
  • Maintain model accuracy and quality.
Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Solid experience with Revit, specifically modeling HVAC and plumbing for commercial, industrial, healthcare, and residential construction.
  • Experience coordinating or clash-detecting through Navisworks.
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or civil engineering (architects with extensive experience may also be considered).
