We are seeking an experienced AIX System Programmer to enhance our infrastructure capabilities.

This role involves designing and implementing high-quality solutions using a disciplined, business-focused approach. You will collaborate with fellow innovators to develop next-level infrastructure products and solutions that improve our operations.

Your expertise in system design, application development, testing, operational stability, and risk management is crucial in delivering high-quality products. You will tackle complex technical challenges, conduct integration testing, and perform proof of concepts.

You will design platforms, servers, and technologies that enable us to serve customers, clients, and businesses worldwide. You will oversee the installation, configuration, testing, and support of robust IBM Power infrastructure, ensuring continuous system tuning and analysis.

You will have advanced knowledge of Unix Shell scripts, Python, Ansible automation, and experience in handling IBM Power hardware and related products. Expertise in AIX Operating System Maintenance, PowerVM, VIOS, Power Firmware, and HMC Maintenance is also required.

Familiarity with open-source development model, project coordination tools, bug tracking, and source code control is necessary. Knowledge of security-related technologies, such as system lockdown, cyber protection, and authentication/entitlement/encryption technologies, is also required.

You will work closely with different roles to achieve common goals, leveraging your strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as clear communication and documentation skills.
