We are seeking an experienced IT recruiter to join our team in Sweden. This is a unique opportunity to work with top talent and assist with relocation and settlement processes.
- Finding engineers for exciting projects, including software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.
- Collaborating with global teams to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
- Working closely with clients across various industries to identify and acquire top engineering talent.
- Developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet client and candidate needs.
- Providing exceptional support to engineers and their families as they build new careers and lives in Sweden.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT recruitment or similar technical fields.
- A strong network of local IT engineering talent and knowledge of contemporary IT technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates and clients.
- Upper intermediate English proficiency and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- A flexible mindset, analytical thinking, and attention to detail to identify and close recruitment requests.
- Self-confidence, sociability, and high self-motivation to excel in this role.
