Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies for clients, focusing on innovative companies and technology.
- Evaluate submissions to ensure they meet high-quality standards.
- Communicate with clients to assess eligibility for business-related immigration benefits.
- JD or LLM from a US university and bar license from any US state.
- Prior experience preparing and reviewing various types of petitions.
- Prior experience representing startups and emerging technology companies and/or individual creatives.
- Strong understanding of US immigration laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
