Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Support Specialist to join our organization in Latin America. The ideal candidate will possess fluency in both written and verbal English, with excellent problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal abilities.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will be the primary point of contact for customers experiencing remote and service issues within our helpdesk.
  • You will provide support to customers within Tier 1 responsibility and escalate issues to Tier 2 with our Research and Development function.
  • You will ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and approve or deny maintenance and support to contracted clients.
  • You will serve as an interface between customers and customer support, responsible for conducting Customer Satisfaction survey follow-ups.
The Ideal Candidate
  • You possess fluent spoken and written English, with Spanish fluency considered a plus.
  • You have demonstrated knowledge of information and communications technology (ICT) and customer communication management, with experience in a 1st level technical support role in an international software company.
  • You combine your problem-solving techniques with excellent interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional customer care.
