Job Summary: Iyuno US Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our corporate network, storage, and server systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware-related issues with desktop and laptop systems
- Provide training and support for employees on software and hardware usage
- Prioritize and execute technology projects on time, ensuring seamless delivery
- Document configurations and perform change management procedures to ensure business continuity
- Collaborate with IT Management to identify and address current and future computing needs of the company
- Support content protection efforts and ensure the security of our systems
- Be available for on-call support during after-hours and weekends, as needed
- Work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, to provide emergency coverage in a 24/7/365 environment
Requirements:
- Strong technical understanding and ability to quickly grasp complex subject matters
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivation and proactivity, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with Windows, Macintosh, and Linux operating systems, as well as backup/archive applications and virtualization software
- Knowledge of film and broadcast technologies, as well as previous experience in the entertainment industry
