Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Digitalization Expert to drive performance, results, and execution excellence within the team.

  • Leverage expertise in functional areas, innovation, and digitalization to develop strategic business plans and tactical projects;
  • Develop integrated digitalization strategies and tactical plans to inform operational mid-/long-term strategy and strategic/business decision making across the local portfolio;
  • Provide key strategic insights to support the development of localized strategies for key launches/LCMs across TAs and disseminate best practices in coordination with cross-functional teams;
  • Innovate in close collaboration with Global CE&O, especially regarding the use of new methodologies/technologies, such as advanced analytics and predictive modeling, to resolve complex business challenges;
  • Lead and/or coordinate Multichannel Excellence efforts locally;
  • Develop a competitive landscape assessment strategy to ensure the BIIB portfolio is effectively positioned and differentiated;
  • Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders;

This role reports to the local GM and manages a team of 4 direct team leaders.

  • Collaboration and Innovation: Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team, leveraging new technologies and methodologies to solve complex business challenges;
