Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic Marketing and Communications Lead to develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that engage Gen Z talent.

  • This role requires proven experience in campaign development, execution, and coordination across social media, events, and outdoor channels.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing marketing plans that drive conversions for our new studio in Brazil.
  • Liaising with local recruitment teams and business units to advise on asset creation and initiatives enhancing the candidate journey.
  • Working with photographers, videographers, graphic designers, draft creative briefs, and act as the main point of contact for creative material required for marketing plan and campaigns.
  • Acting as an ambassador for the company and brand, ensuring all communications align with corporate values and Brand Guidelines.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR/Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leading position in marketing communications, focusing on content marketing, digital marketing, and social media.
  • Proven expertise in developing and evaluating campaigns on Meta and Google AdWords.
  • Experience in marketing to Gen Z audiences and solid understanding of their preferences.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
  • Exceptional written and spoken Portuguese and English.
