Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute Americas regional communication strategy and plan.
  • Collaborate with executives and cross-functional stakeholders to create key messages.
  • Oversee regional/LATAM town halls, all hands, and monthly business updates.
  • Mentor and train a world-class internal communications function within the region.
  • Manage crisis communications to employees around media coverage and organizational changes.
  • Develop internal executive communications aligned to key business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in communications, successfully leading the internal communications function.
  • Fluency in Portuguese required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Excellent communication and entrepreneurial skills.
  • Experience working in social media, entertainment Internet, and/or technology companies.
  • Global, multi-cultural environment experience required.
