Director of Client Engagement LATAM

This is a highly coveted role for an experienced leader to spearhead our client engagement efforts in LATAM.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to retain and grow existing clients across all Rimini Street services, support, and products. Key responsibilities include leading the client engagement team in LATAM to achieve aggressive revenue growth targets, cultivating strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet or exceed their expectations, and working closely with cross-functional teams to develop detailed client expansion strategies and plans for high-risk renewal clients.

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience leading high-performance teams and selling technology solutions to large enterprise customers.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in client sales and contract expansion, client retention, solution selling, and leading high-performance teams.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential to motivate and coach a high-performing team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working in the software industry, preferably in the areas of application management services (AMS), managed services, and professional services.
  • Knowledge of Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, and AWS technologies.
