Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage incoming support requests through HubSpot.
- Assess and categorize requests based on urgency and significance.
- Direct requests to appropriate team members when necessary.
- Act as the primary contact for client inquiries.
- Deliver timely and precise information to clients regarding their questions and concerns.
- Conduct quality checks on panelist submissions.
- Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the resolution process.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve client issues.
- Escalate complex issues to senior personnel or relevant departments as needed.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with issue resolution.
- Document all client interactions, issues, and resolutions in HubSpot.
- Update and maintain the knowledge base with frequently asked questions and solutions.
- Identify trends and common issues, proposing enhancements to processes and products.
- Provide feedback to product and development teams based on client interactions.
Basic Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer support or client services role, ideally within a research or technology organization.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/ticketing systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate varying schedules and ensure coverage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese or Japanese.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
