MySQL HeatWave Sales Account Executive

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team as a MySQL HeatWave Sales Account Executive in Brazil. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a culture of sales excellence across all aspects of the sales cycle, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers, providing them with compelling business cases and ROI analyses to drive adoption of our HeatWave services.
- Collaborate with our marketing and account management teams to fine-tune our sales process and create new opportunities for growth.
- Serve as a key ambassador for Oracle, building and maintaining a strong brand presence in the market.
- Drive revenue growth and market share in a defined territory, meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account and territory plans, identifying new opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions around our HeatWave services, highlighting their unique benefits and ROI potential.
- Accelerate customer adoption and maintain a robust sales pipeline, working closely with our partners to extend our reach and drive adoption.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in direct sales, preferably in analytics, databases, cloud, or SaaS markets, with a proven track record of success selling to C-level executives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
- Passion and drive, with a demonstrated ability to sell innovative technologies to enterprise-level customers.
- Competitive attitude, with a strong ability to achieve stretch targets and find creative solutions to complex problems.
- Enterprising and results-driven, with outstanding communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas to senior business executives.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with a strong willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
