About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Executive to join our team at Brainboxgroup. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Qualify leads and identify prospect needs, engaging technical resources as required.
  2. Create account plans and develop strategies to meet and achieve the overall sales quota.
  3. Conduct high-level conversations with C-Level and VP-Level Executives to address business needs.
  4. Utilize solution-selling techniques to effectively guide the sales process to close.
  5. Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions.
  6. Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied customers.
  7. Keep informed of product line, competition, and industry trends that may impact client business activities.
  8. Closing deals with potential customers.
  9. Help prospects through the purchase process.
  10. Ensure a smooth transition of customer relationships to their Customer Success team.
  11. Meet or exceed sales and product objectives.
Requirements
  1. 2+ years experience working in a sales position.
  2. 1+ years in a similar role.
  3. SaaS / B2B selling experience.
  4. Demonstrated excellence in presentation skills with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging.
  5. Presence and proficiency in social media such as LinkedIn preferred.
  6. Business forecasting, pipeline development, and management skills are required.
  7. A proven track record of closed sales, client satisfaction, & teamwork.
  8. Must be detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated.
