Business Operations Analyst

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the terminal business demands, aligning requirements, and progressing delivery. They will work in a collaborative way with Regional and Global IT Functions to identify opportunities to improve IT applications controls and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze improvement opportunities, conduct analysis, prepare recommendations, and facilitate efficiency enhancements.
- Develop business requirement documents and specifications.
- Work closely with the terminal operational and functional team to identify and implement improvements to business operations, services, and models.
- Collaborate with the regional platform business analyst to modernize, streamline, and standardize the terminal tech portfolio.
- Provide the frontline perspective to the various regional and global tech teams and ensure terminal constraints are captured at an early stage of new capability development.
Requirements:
- Advanced data analysis skills.
- Good understanding of the terminal operating model.
- Credibility with the whole IT organization and business stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile principles and methods, and applying WOW (Lean) standards and tooling.
- Experience managing multiple projects/demands.
- Problem-solving experience.
