Job Description:

At Volvo Trucks, we're seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in promoting a customer-centric culture and driving business growth through exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer journey maps to inform business decisions and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in on customer experience initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience to continuously improve our approach.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer experience roles, with a focus on strategy, design, and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in all three languages.
