Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Marketing Coordinator to lead the execution of our customer marketing strategy focused on customer expansion (upsell/cross-sell) to increase new company revenue in Individual & SMB segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a best-in-class customer advocacy program, including managing customer referral programs, customer events, and other initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales and Head of Customer Success to achieve revenue and pipeline goals.
- Own results of initiatives, monitoring and analyzing team KPIs to identify drivers, impact, and potential issues.
- Monitor customer-centered metrics, including NPS, CSAT, and surveys, to understand the voice of the customer.
- Lead and develop a team of 4 specialists.
Requirements
- Fluent English to communicate smoothly in an international environment.
- Minimum intermediate Spanish (working with the Chilean market).
- Relevant experience in planning and executing marketing projects in customer marketing or demand generation teams.
- Experience as a team coordinator/team leader.
- Proven track record in designing and executing online and offline marketing projects and meeting ambitious revenue targets.
- Proven track record in implementing inbound marketing and customer advocacy initiatives.
- Solid analytical, execution, and problem-solving skills, including metrics-driven thinking.
