Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and customer adoption in Brazil and Chile.
  • Lead the execution of customer marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing and WhatsApp.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and manage customer advocacy programs, including customer referral programs and customer events.
  • Monitor and analyze customer-centered metrics, including NPS and CSAT, to inform marketing strategies and improve customer experiences.
  • Lead and develop a team of marketing specialists to support customer marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Fluent English and intermediate Spanish to communicate effectively with international teams.
  • Relevant experience in customer marketing or demand generation teams, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns and meeting revenue targets.
  • Experience in implementing inbound marketing and customer advocacy initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to marketing.
  • Customer-centric mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
