Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Junior Marketing Performance Analyst.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing marketing strategies by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to enhance campaign performance for games.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation of user acquisition campaigns across various digital channels.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of user acquisition campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for campaign planning and optimization.
  • Generate reports on campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing and provide recommendations based on data-driven insights.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for user acquisition.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user acquisition and digital marketing.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Knowledge of basic marketing principles and concepts.
  • Proficient in English at an intermediate or advanced level - Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
  • 1 year of experience with management of online advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, or Google Sheets.
Preferred Skills
  • Previous work with mobile game advertising.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Unity Ads, etc.
