Medical Care Support Specialist

As a Medical Care Support Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate will be energetic and friendly with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience working in Microsoft Office suite is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers with patient intake, assessment, treatment, and discharge.
- Triage patients promptly to maintain smooth workflow.
- Document vital signs, weight, and medical history updates prior to each visit.
- Perform lab tests and manage digital patient records.
- Prepare examination rooms for patient appointments and ensure cleanliness and readiness.
- Support the front office by answering phone calls and welcoming patients.
- Administer prescribed medications under provider supervision.
- Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary.
- Experience working in Microsoft Office suite beneficial.
- Prior Medical Assisting experience or education advantageous but not required.
