Medical Care Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking qualified individuals to fill the role of Medical Care Specialist.

  • Assist healthcare professionals during patient examinations and procedures.
  • Document vital signs, weight, and any updates to the patient's medical history prior to each visit.
  • Manage digital patient records and support the transition from paper records to electronic systems.
  • Prepare examination rooms for patient appointments, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
  • Provide administrative support in the front office, handling tasks like answering phone calls and welcoming patients.
  • Administer prescribed medications under provider supervision.

Clinic Hours:

  • MainClinic: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • KidsClinic: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Schedule:

Medical Care Specialists work on a rotating schedule, alternating between 4 days one week and 3 days the next, including every other weekend.
