Chief Financial Officer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our leadership team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and increasing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our senior executive leadership team, providing financial guidance and support to help drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial models to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Mentor and counsel our CEO and COO on financial matters, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Financial Controller or 1-2 years as a CFO or Junior CFO, preferably with a background in top accounting firms.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in QuickBooks and other mid-market accounting systems.
  • Excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and data analysis.
  • Numerical thinking, high level of responsibility, attention to detail, and goal-orientation.
