Global Travel Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our global customers with their international travel needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor trip planning services tasks and ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate communication with destination facilities to arrange support for arriving flights.
- Domestic and international customs coordination, including advance passenger information system setup.
- Active flight monitoring and provision of crucial update information to destination airports.
- Provide customers with status updates on upcoming trips.
- Preparation and transmission of routine flight plans and weather information.
- Acquisition, distribution, and interpretation of publications required for safe flight and compliance with governmental regulations.
As an International Trip Planner, you will work closely with ground and air-based aviation customers, airport functions, and personnel to ensure seamless aircraft ground support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role. Proficiency in coordinating logistics and managing multiple tasks is also necessary.
