Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Internal Audit and Compliance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the entire compliance program, including documentation and testing.

You will interact with process owners, develop project plans, allocate resources, and lead staff members to achieve organizational objectives. Your responsibilities will include handling engagements, assessing processes and controls, driving improvements, and addressing queries on compliance and audit issues.

  • Compliance and Audit Expertise
  • ACCA or Graduate + CIA Certification
  • Proven experience in service delivery, team handling, and supervision of team members
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills in English
  • Strong understanding of technical platforms and risk management practices
Requirements

Prior experience working in international client-facing roles on compliance and audit engagements is highly desirable. Qualified Accountants/Auditors with one or more degrees like CA, CPA, CIA, MBA, and relevant overall experience in internal and/or external audit, process re-engineering, process reviews, Sarbanes-Oxley implementation, Finance function, or risk management function at a Top Corporate are preferred.

You must possess excellent report writing and presentation skills, an analytical mind, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively with all levels of staff. Additionally, you should have good PC skills, including Word, Excel, Visio, and be able to balance confidential information discreetly.
