What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop innovative solutions using the employer\'s Integrated Risk Management Solutions
  • Analyze customer business processes to identify pain points and provide tailored solutions
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding the employer\'s IRM solutions
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Development teams to enhance product capabilities
  • Support marketing events such as user conferences and webinars to promote IRM solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in Integrated Risk Management or GRC solutions
  • Strong understanding of risk management, policy & compliance management, and related fields
  • Experience with GRC solutions such as Archer or MetricStream
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent training, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in regulatory compliance specific to the financial services sector
  • Familiarity with business continuity, crisis planning, and vendor risk management
  • Experience in a large government or corporate enterprise environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
