Main Responsibilities
- Regularly update and maintain the Shadow IT inventory, encompassing risk levels, owners, impact, descriptions, and mitigation statuses.
- Support and coordinate annual review campaigns for identified Shadow IT cases.
- Organize Shadow IT risk assessments with relevant stakeholders.
- Validate IT risk records associated with Shadow IT assessments.
- Ensure adherence to internal risk management processes.
- Collect and centralize reported Shadow IT cases, performing critical validation of their consistency.
- Monitor and track defined KPIs/KRIs related to Shadow IT risks.
- Prepare reports for senior management, including alerts and action plans.
Skill Requirements
- Experience in constructing risk scenarios and assessing IT risks in new activities and projects.
- Understanding of internal audit methodologies, compliance processes, and applicable legislation.
- General knowledge of IT processes, assets, and solutions.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity risks, frameworks, and associated requirements.
- Familiarity with IT and cybersecurity regulatory frameworks.
