Seeking an experienced Risk Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating the Shadow IT inventory, including risk level, owner, impact, description, and mitigation status.The ideal candidate will have experience building risk scenarios and assessing IT risks in new activities and projects. Additionally, they should have a strong understanding of internal audit methodologies, compliance processes, and applicable legislation.Key responsibilities include:
  • Maintain and regularly update the Shadow IT inventory
  • Support and coordinate the annual review campaign for identified Shadow IT cases
  • Organize Shadow IT risk assessments with relevant stakeholders
  • Validate IT risk records associated with Shadow IT assessments
  • Ensure compliance with internal risk management processes
  • Collect and centralize reported Shadow IT cases
  • Monitor and track defined KPIs/KRIs related to Shadow IT risks
Required skills and qualifications:
  • Experience building risk scenarios and assessing IT risks
  • Understanding of internal audit methodologies and compliance processes
  • General knowledge of IT processes, assets, and solutions
  • Cybersecurity expertise and familiarity with regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
