Who We're Looking For: Cold Outreach Specialist / Meeting Setter

We're not looking for someone who sprays and prays. We need a strategic hunter who can cut through the noise and get our CEO in front of the right people.

You understand that cold outreach in 2025 isn't about templates, it's about timing, relevance, and human connection at scale.

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus after closing your first 3 deals. Because we reward results, not activity.

What You'll Own:

  • Hunt down high-value prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator like a heat-seeking missile
  • Craft outreach that actually gets opened, read, and responded to
  • Book meetings with qualified leads who are ready to talk business, not tire-kickers
  • Manage the entire outreach pipeline in ClickUp and track performance in Google Sheets
  • Identify and secure podcast opportunities for our CEO (the cherry on top)
  • Test, iterate, and optimize messaging until it converts

You're Built for This If You:
  • Have a track record of booking meetings that turn into deals
  • Write messages that sound human, not like a bot had a baby with ChatGPT
  • Understand the psychology of busy executives and how to earn 30 seconds of their attention
  • Are obsessive about data, open rates, reply rates, meeting rates
  • Can research prospects deeply and find the angle that matters to them
  • Move fast without sacrificing quality
  • Know when to follow up and when to move on

The Reality Check:
  • Remote, async, performance-driven

  • Compensation: Base + commission + that $1k bonus when you prove you're the real deal
