We are seeking a highly motivated sales development representative to fill the role of an outbound B2B pre-sales representative with a focus on cold calling.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling meetings with prospective business customers via cold telephone outreach and utilizing their skills to convince prospects to come to a meeting with an account executive.
This position is 80% focused on telephone outreach, therefore, the successful candidate should be comfortable with cold calling and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Outbound B2B appointment setting via telephone
- Convince cold B2B business prospects to come to a meeting with an account executive
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of meetings held
- Expert fluency in English for business prospecting
- Naturally articulate, outgoing, and convincing person
- Passionate about cold outreach to prospects via telephone
- Passion for developing a career in sales
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- 1+ years of experience as an outbound SDR doing cold calling (software/IT/SaaS a plus)
- Demonstrated success in meeting monthly targets
- Outstanding time management skills
- Experience living abroad
- High energy team player
- Goal-oriented
- Experience using CRM's
