This role requires a motivated and articulate professional to join our team as an outbound B2B pre-sales representative, focused on cold calling.
The ideal candidate should be self-starting with a proven track record of success in sales development. This is a full-time remote position that involves scheduling meetings with prospective business customers via cold telephone outreach.
Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound B2B appointment setting via telephone in English.
- Engage with cold B2B business prospects to convince them to come to a meeting with an Account Executive.
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of meetings held.
- Expert fluency in English for business prospecting and communication.
- Naturally articulate, outgoing, and convincing person with excellent verbal skills.
- Passion for developing a career in sales and commitment to delivering results.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- 1+ years of experience as an outbound SDR doing cold calling (software/IT/SaaS a plus).
- Demonstrated success in meeting monthly targets and exceeding expectations.
- Outstanding time management skills and ability to work independently.
- High-energy team player with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Experience using CRM's and leveraging technology to drive sales growth.
