Shadow IT & Risk Analyst (Relocation to Portugal)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and regularly update the Shadow IT inventory, including risk level, owner, impact, description, and mitigation status.
  • Support and coordinate the annual review campaign for identified Shadow IT cases.
  • Organize Shadow IT risk assessments with relevant stakeholders.
  • Validate IT risk records associated with Shadow IT assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with internal risk management processes.
  • Collect and centralize reported Shadow IT cases, performing critical validation of their consistency.
  • Monitor and track defined KPIs/KRIs related to Shadow IT risks.
  • Prepare reports for senior management, including alerts and action plans.
  • Participate in business line risk committees to communicate the evolution of Shadow IT risks.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience building risk scenarios and assessing IT risks in new activities and projects.
  • Understanding of internal audit methodologies, compliance processes and applicable legislation.
  • General understanding of IT processes, assets, and solutions.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity risks, frameworks, and associated requirements.
  • Familiarity with IT and cybersecurity regulatory frameworks.
  • English proficiency (C1/C2 mandatory) – written and spoken. Daily interaction with global teams and stakeholders.
