We are seeking a highly skilled senior Shopify developer to join our team.

This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in Shopify development, with knowledge of Shopify Plus.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support and troubleshoot critical issues;
  • Conduct incident analysis and document resolutions for continuous improvement;
  • Engage with product management and business partners on system capability and design;
  • Work with development to ensure technical requirements and best practices;
  • Support project management with effort estimates and planning.
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support;
  • Salesforce Cloud experience;
  • Proficiency in core JavaScript and front-end frameworks.
