Key Responsibilities
  • We're looking for a sales professional who can leverage our unique platform to target qualified candidates seeking life insurance products, minimizing lead hunting time and maximizing client interactions.
  • You'll perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance requirements, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of our life insurance products. Tailor presentations to address specific client concerns and preferences.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions. Utilize this knowledge to position our life insurance products effectively and provide clients with pertinent information.
  • Keep precise and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets. Prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and uphold ethical standards.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • A life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we will assist you in acquiring your license if you are not currently licensed).
