We are seeking a skilled and dynamic professional to join our team as an Enrollment Advisor.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, business development, or recruitment, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They will be responsible for generating year-over-year lead volume growth, identifying and developing target schools and communities, and traveling domestically and internationally to host/attend events and visits that strengthen school and community relations while generating new leads.

Key responsibilities include presenting Hult's programs through outreach campaigns, events, webinars, and masterclasses, promoting institutional initiatives, managing a large prospective applicant pipeline through Salesforce CRM, and engaging consistently and effectively with prospects to maximize conversion.

As an Enrollment Advisor, you will guide students through the full enrollment journey, from application to financial aid and matriculation logistics, connect with stakeholders via in-person visits, Zoom, phone, text, and WhatsApp, and personalize every stakeholder interaction, providing tailored support that aligns with their needs and goals.
