
Senior Business Development Professional

The role of the Business Development Manager involves providing strategic support to corporate units by conducting financial viability projects. This includes supporting domain reporting, addressing domain-specific questions, and assisting in the preparation of forecast and budget reporting packages.
This position requires:
- Supporting multiple domains with primary focus on Corporate R&D;
- Addressing domain-specific queries and providing support to the Global HUB Domain Controller;
- Preparing and delivering high-quality financial reports;
- Implementing actual reporting, including deviation analysis, and determining measures to achieve business objectives;
- Monitoring cost development and following up on agreed measures;
- Utilizing reporting tools to provide detailed analysis to management teams;
- Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with various levels of the operating unit and headquarters personnel;
Requirements include a complete Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, excellent communication skills in English, experience in finance/controlling, especially in planning/reporting, experience in interdisciplinary project work, and knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
