This unique opportunity allows you to work with authentic wood-fired cuisine in a bespoke hand-made 12ft by 12ft Woodfire oven, adding a smoky flavor to the food served.
As a professional and ambitious Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting food in line with company policies, maintaining the highest standards of personal hygiene, supporting the Head Chef with menu development and delivery of high-quality food, and catering to guest needs and exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and present food in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Maintain impeccable personal hygiene standards at all times.
- Support the Head Chef in developing menus and delivering exceptional food quality.
- Provide excellent service to guests and exceed their expectations.
- Previous experience in the catering industry is essential.
- High standards of cleanliness and hygiene are mandatory.
- A keen interest in food and cooking is required.
The ideal candidate will possess good organisational skills, the ability to multitask, and strong communication skills. The ability to work under pressure and as part of a team is also essential.
