Job Title: Global Pricing Director

A senior leadership position responsible for developing and executing a global pricing strategy that drives sustainable, profitable growth across all regions and product lines.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of pricing strategies in alignment with overall commercial objectives.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing excellence is embedded within the organization.
  • Develop and implement data-driven pricing tools to support informed decision-making.
  • Provide strategic coaching on pricing execution, segmentation, and value-based pricing.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or revenue management in B2B industrial/manufacturing.
  • Proven team leadership experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across multiple ERP systems.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
