Leadership Opportunity in Pricing Strategy

The Global Pricing Director will spearhead the development and execution of a global pricing strategy across all regions and product lines. This role demands strong influence and collaboration with regional and country commercial teams to embed pricing excellence within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute global pricing strategies aligned with overall commercial objectives
  • Strengthen pricing discipline and performance across markets by supporting and challenging commercial leaders
  • Design and implement internal, data-driven pricing tools to drive business growth
  • Conduct root cause analysis and develop strategic pricing countermeasures for pricing gaps
  • Build and govern pricing frameworks, processes, and training to elevate pricing maturity
  • Collaborate with Product Management to maximize value pricing and price realization
  • Lead and develop a team of pricing and data management professionals
  • Partner with regional and country-level commercial teams to tailor pricing strategies to local market dynamics
  • Define and manage global pricing governance to ensure compliance and effectiveness
  • Analyse and report pricing KPIs and trends to senior leadership to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred
  • Minimum 10 years in pricing, commercial strategy, or revenue management in B2B industrial/manufacturing
  • Proven team leadership experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or internal platforms with ability to work across multiple ERP systems
  • Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous for communication and collaboration
