As a senior pricing professional, you will be responsible for shaping and leading our global pricing strategy across all regions and product lines. This critical position requires strong influence and collaboration with regional and country commercial teams to embed pricing excellence within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive global pricing strategy aligned with overall commercial objectives.
- Strengthen pricing discipline and performance across markets by providing guidance and support to commercial leaders.
- Design and implement internal data-driven pricing tools to enhance pricing efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop strategic pricing countermeasures for pricing gaps.
- Establish and govern pricing frameworks, processes, and training programs to elevate pricing maturity.
- Collaborate with Product Management to maximize value pricing and price realization.
- Lead and develop a team of pricing and data management professionals.
- Partner with regional and country-level commercial teams to tailor pricing strategies to local market dynamics.
- Define and manage global pricing governance, including CPQ setup, discount corridors, and escalation processes.
- Analyze and report pricing KPIs and trends to senior leadership.
- Drive adoption of Price Waterfall methodology globally.
- Develop scalable tools for price monitoring and impact modeling using ERP data.
- Collaborate with IT to harmonize pricing-relevant data across systems.
- Provide strategic coaching on pricing execution, segmentation, and value-based pricing.
- Guide pricing strategy during annual financial planning and ensure smooth regional execution.
- You must be willing to travel internationally up to 25%.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred.
- Minimum 10 years in pricing, commercial strategy, or revenue management in B2B industrial/manufacturing.
- Proven team leadership experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across multiple ERP systems.
- Proven expertise in Price Waterfall methodology and B2B pricing models.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or internal platforms; pricing software experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
