Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team at FedEx. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for safely operating a forklift to move cargo and pallets within our warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a forklift to move cargo and pallets within the warehouse, adhering to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
  • Organize cargo according to its characteristics for transportation and storage, ensuring optimal space utilization and minimizing damage.
  • Perform verticalization of unused cargo racks and special loading and unloading tasks, including heavy loads operated by forklifts.
  • Conduct first-level maintenance on the forklift, including cleaning and conservation, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Work in a team environment, adhering to safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards.
Requirements
  • Elementary School degree or equivalent.
  • Forklift Operator Course Diploma or renewal within validity period (2 years).
  • Two (2) years of experience as a forklift operator, with an excellent driving record and no preventive accidents in the past 12 months.
  • Good interpersonal skills, accuracy, attention to detail, planning and organizing skills, problem-solving skills, and team working skills.
