Junior Welding Analyst

The role involves evaluating the cause of problems found and proposing actions to attend to manufacturing, monitoring processes for verification of methods and equipment parameters, executing records and filings, and elaborating and controlling documents (instructions, records, and work standards).

The successful candidate will analyze indicators and propose improvements/actions with the team from maintenance, tooling, production, and quality areas, adjust cordons/point of weld on robots, act on welding defects on robots, and parameterize welding process (projection, point, and arc).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the cause of problems found and propose actions to attend to manufacturing;
  • Monitor processes for verification of methods and equipment parameters;
  • Execute records and filings;
  • Elaborate and control documents (instructions, records, and work standards);
  • Analyze indicators and propose improvements/actions;
  • Adjust cordons/point of weld on robots;
  • Acknowledge welding defects on robots;
  • Parameterize welding process (projection, point, and arc).

Requirements:

  • At least 01 year of experience in a similar role;
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications and office software;
  • Reading and interpretation of designs and ABNT norms;
  • Flexibility to work in shifts.

Diploma and Desired Qualifications:

  • Técnico course in Mechanics, Automation, or related areas;
  • Knowledge in ABB and Motoman Robots;
  • Knowledge in IBMS, Bosch, and Serra controller soldering;
  • Knowledge in quality tools (Ishikawa, 5 Whys, 6 Ms, 8D).
