Job Summary:

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the local administrative demands and operational activities of the Brazil Commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conference, implementation, and control of invoices in MLA system.
  • Tracking and forwarding of ATV links.
  • Support sales team and representatives with daily information.
  • Assistance in updating and maintaining reports and daily controls.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required with an emphasis in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar (completed or in progress).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external teams.
  • Demonstrated competencies in influencing, collaborating, and achieving results in alignment with business objectives.
  • Office suite skills, including Excel formulas and reports, and PPT presentations.
