Senior Financial Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Support the local commercial team in maintaining and expanding customer portfolios through strategic sales initiatives.
- Contribute to defining and updating customer strategies by leveraging data for informed decision-making and strategy development.
- Develop and implement commercial plans to enhance retention and revenue growth while assessing credit risk and interpreting financial statements.
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders by utilizing excellent interpersonal skills to influence and engage effectively.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Familiarity with capital markets and financial instruments, including debentures, FIDCs, CRAs, CRIs, and letras financeiras.
- Proven expertise in financial analysis, commercial acumen, and strategic thinking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), including creating high-quality presentations, marketing materials, and client deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
