Job Description:

The role of a Portuguese Marketing Manager involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products and services in the Portuguese-speaking market.

Key responsibilities include planning, implementing, and optimizing performance-based advertising campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), analyzing and reporting on ad campaign performance, negotiating and managing relationships with media vendors, and more.

  • Advertising Campaigns & Media Buying:
    • Plan and implement performance-based advertising campaigns
    • Analyze and report on ad campaign performance
    • Negotiate and manage relationships with media vendors
  • Email Marketing:
    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns
    • Segment and maintain email lists
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on email campaign performance
  • Database Management & CRM:
    • Manage and optimize the customer database
    • Leverage CRM tools to nurture leads and automate communications
  • Partnerships & Strategic Alliances:
    • Identify and manage new partnerships and collaborations
    • Develop joint marketing initiatives
    • Track partnership success
  • Marketing Automation:
    • Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows
    • Set up and maintain marketing funnels and customer journeys
    • Test and optimize automated workflows
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Analyze key marketing metrics
    • Produce reports and dashboards
  • Collaboration & Strategy:
    • Work closely with creative, content, and sales teams
    • Participate in strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms
  • Expertise in email marketing tools and CRM platforms
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and campaign optimization
  • Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Language: Native in Portuguese, Proficiency in English (C1 or higher)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
