Customer Acquisition Professional

We are seeking a dedicated individual to develop and execute strategic customer lead generation initiatives nationally.

  • Develop and activate offline lead generation campaigns at a national level with list vendors on various channels.
  • Create and execute lead generation campaigns with existing and new partnerships to solicit customer lead opportunities for the Contact Centre.
  • Coordinate 'Go-to-market' campaigns and handle new customer lists for the Contact Centre for 'Cold Calling' execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the 'cold list' and identify opportunities to increase 'new customer' chances in clinic.
  2. Monitor, analyze, and forecast PUSH activities.

Requirements:

  • Masters or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing/business role.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer acquisition role.
  • Prior experience in a lead-generation role (B2B or B2C).
  • Prior experience in retail sector is desirable.

  • High proficiency using MS Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management, process management, and service delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize competing demands with a customer-focused approach.
