A Little Bit About The Role

As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for running the store efficiently. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Driving sales growth through customer-centric initiatives
  • Inspiring and leading a team of outdoor enthusiasts to achieve set KPIs and sales targets
  • Collaborating closely with the Regional Manager to ensure the store operates effectively
  • Representing the store and supporting the wider network in the development and execution of initiatives and processes
What We Are Looking For

You'll have previous management experience in retail or customer service, with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and drive sales and service growth. You should demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and sound knowledge of retail requirements.
