Job Overview

The Operations Team Lead plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. This includes supervising and coordinating the receipt, storage, inventory, and shipping of materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient schedules to meet customer demands
  • Recruit and manage a team of 20+ employees, ensuring optimal productivity and performance
  • Review and refine operational procedures as needed
  • Monitor productivity and assess individual and departmental performance
  • Manage payroll and maintain accurate inventory control
  • Provide guidance on stock handling and maintenance
  • Maintain a positive work environment and resolve employee grievances
Supervisory Duties:
  • Directly supervise 20+ employees in the Operations department
  • Adhere to organizational policies and applicable laws while carrying out supervisory responsibilities

This is a full-time position requiring a high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
