Warehouse productivity relies on efficient forklift operations. We're seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator to maintain a safe working environment by properly loading and unloading cargo and pallets within the warehouse using a forklift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Accurately position and secure loads on shelves or in designated areas to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Conduct routine inspections of forklift equipment to identify potential issues and perform maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse layout and workflow, improving overall productivity and efficiency.
  • Adhere to company standards for quality control, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in daily tasks.
Requirements
  • Elementary School degree or equivalent.
  • Forklift Operator Course Diploma or renewal within validity period (2 years).
  • Brazilian Driver's license type B.
  • Functional certification card issued preferably by System S institutions (SENAT/SENAI and SESI/SENAI).
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a forklift operator.
  • Excellent driving record with no preventive accidents in the past 12 months.
Essential Skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in performing tasks.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
